[edit] White Paper

• Overview and Market Overview should be in magazine at Casuality.
• Rest of the paper is still getting finalized, will be pulled off of the wiki for PDF very, very soon
• Every section is doing okay, but every section could use more eyes on it within the next couple days.
• We will be pulling the content off on Thursday or Friday
• Need to get bios from contributors

• Publishing survey has been filled out well with small-medium size players, but need bigger ones

• Will do a post-mortem on the wiki

• Try doing a podcast version, instead of a print version
• We're hoping this will prove to be easier to create and get content
• Will use the recording feature on FreeConference.com to send a copy of the .mp3
• Trying to have this setup to take place sometime next week

[edit] Data Reporting Standards

• Have a test database that people can use
• Trying to solidify support for this at Casuality
  • Giving a concrete review, show on a technical level what it does
  • This open discussion should help us know what the advantages of adoption, vs any hindrances to adopting
• Also will hopefully add additional data models

• Selection will happen at Casuality. Nominations now open.
  • 8AM on Tuesday the 27th
  • Hosted by PopCap in their suite or at their office
• Everyone will need to be reselected if you are interested in continuing
• Current committee can wait until selection meeting to decide to continue or not

• Have info session on Wed morning
  • Any sort of announcements we want to make on Wednesday
    • Mention Data Reporting session
    • Announce the new steering committee
• Finalize Steering Committee Meeting time and location (Tues Breakfast?)
