[edit] Workflow / Communications

We decided that JH will evangelize the project at OGDC through both an official session and also through adding a piece of literature on the project to the conference bags. We will conduct a 'Call for Contributions' campaign. The promo sheet will encourage people to send 100 - 200 word outlines of proposed articles / contributions in a similar manner to making a submission of a paper for a conference. I will use whitepaper@ogsig.org for receiving these mails and forward them to the various section coordinators for action / follow up / review.

[edit] Use of 'Discussion' Tabs

We agreed that people should throw idea for sections onto the 'Discussion' tab of the main section page. eg. in the case of The Present, discussion should take place on

http://www.igda.org/wiki/index.php/Talk:Online_Games_SIG/2007WPSB/The_Present.

Section Coordinators, please set up the pages so that email is sent to you when someone adds a comment / changes that page. http://www.igda.org/wiki/index.php/IGDAwiki:Quick_Start_Guide#Add_a_page_to_the_Watchlist tells you how to do this.
