• name - Required. The name of the game for the title of the box
• image - Optional. A screenshot of the game, will be scaled down for the box.
• mobylink - Optional. A link to the games mobygames page, good to copy/paste from mobygames here.
• reviewer - Required. A name (eg: "Andrew Armstrong") or a username link (for instance: "[[User:AndrewArmstrong|Andrew Armstrong]]"), or some other link to the author and their name.
• credits - Required. The applicable credits, eg; a bullet list of writers, or a single writer, or the designers.

Additionally the page will be added to the Game Reviews Initiative category.
