• name - Required. The full name of the organisation
• image - Optional. Organisations logo.
• website - Optional. A link to the organisation website
• wikipedia - Optional. This is the wikipedia page name of the organisation.
• date - Required. The origination's start date.
• region - Required. The organisation's region/location/jurisdiction as appropriate. Have multiple entries, recommended to use the template: Template:ratingregionflag (eg: {{ratingregionflag|Germany}})

Additionally the page will be added to the Rating Organisations category.
