Nova Barlow currently works as the Market Research Manager for the Themis Group. A former Ultima Online events volunteer prior to working with the Themis Group, she brought a unique perspective, good humor and personal touch that was instrumental in setting up the design and implementation of the Greeter program for Anarchy Online’s volunteer system. A master of many trades and wearer of many hats, her main tasks currently include keeping the company advised on the latest in industry happenings, working with the Escapist Magazine, writing for various WarCry sites, consulting and providing expertise on community management, contributing to industry whitepapers, and serving as an occasional conference speaker.
