WIGI does Dallas

Women in Games International is holding their next conference in Dallas, Texas. "Advancing Your Career in Game Development: The Women's Perspective,” is scheduled for Saturday, April 22, 1 pm to 7 pm. Hosted by The Guildhall at SMU, the half-day conference is located at SMU-in-Legacy campus in Plano, TX. Designed to serve the game community in Texas and beyond, the conference includes panels round-table discussions, a recruiter Q&A with resume and portfolio reviews, and a post-conference networking reception. Keynote speaker Denise Fulton, Head of Studio for Midway-Austin, presents "The Best Defense: Why Gender Doesn't Matter (As Much As You Might Think).” Mary-Margaret’s own Norma Crippen, Sr. Account Manager, is participating as a speaker.
